Total Relaxation for Health and Happiness Class
We all lead busy and stressful lives. Work and home responsibilities often leave us with little time to take care of ourselves. Sometimes, taking care of ourselves seems like a responsibility in itself. We reward ourselves with unhealthy behaviors like eating candy, drinking alcohol or spending mindless hours in front of the television. Join Donna McMullin, RYT and Beth Youmans, PhD, E-RYT500 on Friday, June 23 from 6:30-8:30pm to learn how to break this damaging cycle.
In the Total Relaxation for Health and Happiness Class, you will experience relaxation techniques that you can easily use in your daily life. Not only does learning to relax the body have significant health benefits (including slowing heart rate, lowering blood pressure and reducing muscle tension) but relaxation also improves mood, concentration and helps you feel better. Please preregister by June 19. The class costs $32, or 2 people for $58.
Wear stretchy comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
