Jessica will explain some principles for choosing flowers for crowns; as an avid forager, she will teach you how to find beautiful materials in your own backyard! Jessica begins the workshop with a brief grounding exercise, provides a detailed demonstration, and then guides you through making your own flower crown. Come explore your creative side and work with local, seasonal flowers. Workshop materials included are: flower crown base and wire, focal flowers, seasonal foliage, and filler flowers, including lavender picked right out of the field! Tea and lavender shortbread cookies served for refreshment.
