Wrap a smudge stick with our homegrown sage, lavender, sweet annie & mugwort! Learn about the benefits of herbal smoke, experience a smudge ceremony and learn to identify the wild herbs used in a smudge stick. You will make and take home a smudge stick that you have wrapped during the workshop. As always, tea and cookies served. You are welcome to come early if you’d like to picnic by the waterfall prior to the session.
