Qi Healing Circle

Drop into the wellness state of healing with Qi, our "life force energy" within! This Qi Healing Circle uses the ancient Chinese wellness practice of Qigong to establish, build up and guide the life force Qi in your body, to remove blockages and return to ease and harmony. Class includes gentle guided Qigong Flow movements, an inner Qigong Meditation and a group Qi Transmission. Whether looking for physical, mental, emotional or spiritual wellness, leave the Qi Circle in a calm relaxed state totally filled with healing life force energy. Qigong movements are done standing or seated in a chair and the meditation is seated. Chairs provided. Please wear comfortable loose fit clothing. No prior Qigong or Meditation experience needed.
